RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be able to return the item depending on the reason.

All items are made to order, which means that the product you purchased was especially made for you.

Fill in our contact form to let us know the reason of a possible return and we will try to evaluate your request within 1 business day.

In case of reaching an agreement about the return, all items need to come in its original condition and need to be returned at own cost within 14 working days. We provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs and credit card transaction fees) once the item is received and revised by us.
